Cell-permeable. A potent, selective, and reversible MMP-9 Inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 5 nM). Inhibits MMP-1 (IC₅₀ = 1.05 µM) and MMP-13 (IC₅₀ = 113 nM) only at much higher concentrations.
