A cell-permeable, fluorescent Calcium (Ca²⁺) indicator. It offers a brighter (1.5X), faster, substitute to Fluo-4 due to its greater fluorescent enhancement, faster and easier room temperature loading. Ex.: 490 nm: Em: 520 nm.
