Cell-permeable. A Selective inhibitor of the ubiquitin-specific protease USP7 (IC₅₀ = 4.2 µM). Induces apoptosis in multiple myeloma cells and overcomes bortezomib resistance. Displays antiangiogenic activity in vivo.
