Selective inhibitor of myosin light chain kinase (MLCK). Ki values are 32, 4, and 54 μM for PKA, MLCK, and PKC respectively. Also inhibits STIM1-plasma membrane interactions, preventing store-operated Ca2+ entry (SOCE).
