Substrate for fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) and PEA-preferring acid amidase (PAA) and exhibits antinociceptive and anticonvulsant in vivo. Directly activates PPARα (EC50 = 3 μM) producing robust anti-inflammatory actions.
