Inhibitor of Wnt processing and secretion. Inactivates Porcn, a membrane-bound O-acyltransferase (MBOAT), and selectively inhibits palmitoylation of Wnt. Blocks Wnt-dependent phosphorylation of Lrp6 receptor and Dvl2, and β-catenin accumulation.
